Winning a race against the incumbent with a 64% vote, I created engaging content for the social media channels in this race for St. Louis Mayor:
✅ Resulted in a highly successful 64% win and 68% approval in the primary
✅ Posting on Facebook, Instagram, X, and BlueSky with original designs and editing of videos
✅ Using design skills to create other digital materials like event flyers, email graphics, and more.

In a highly competitive race for Missouri’s U.S. Senate seat, I worked on the digital fundraising team to produce record-breaking content. This looked like creating graphic emails, copy-heavy materials and social graphics for celeb-driven events. All without taking a single cent from corporate PACs or shady mega-donors. It also looks like:
✅ Out-raising incumbent Josh Hawley at every FEC fundraising quarter.
✅ Raising the most ever by a Missouri Senate challenger and the largest quarterly haul for direct contributions for any federal candidate in the state history (Q3)
✅ Receiving donations from all 114 counties in Missouri and the City of St. Louis
✅ Raising the most ever in the first 18 months of a cycle for a Missouri Senate challenger.
✅ Raising the most ever in Q2 of an election year for a Missouri Senate challenger.

As a grassroots campaign during COVID-19, winning this election meant placing a big emphasis on digital awareness. I built an Instagram and Facebook following organically and did this by creating relevant content, following and engaging with other Democrat accounts, and staying up to date with Columbia politics from my Kansas City home.
